Elizibeth J. Scott

Elizibeth is an enthusiastic gardener, so it is only natural that her bold watercolor and acrylic portrayals of flowers have impressed viewers and created fans of her style and technique. Her keen eye for color has been honed by observations of flowers viewed in travels in Europe and the Pacific Northwest. Even the vases for her flowers have served as a canvas for her artwork.

When a child, a family story suggested that she was related to Montana's famous cowboy artist, Charlie Russell. To this day she doesn't know if the story is fact or fiction, but the telling of it motivated her to draw and paint, and her talent continued to develop when she enrolled in art courses at the University of Nevada and Nathan Robinson's Academy of Art in Tucson, Arizona. Unimpressed by "pop art," in vogue at the time, she turned her interests toward psychology. In the past 25 years, Elizibeth developed a practice in stress management, self-healing, and personal motivation.
