Miriouma Artworks Having painted as a hobby since the age of 12, Miriam first painted as a profession in 2005. Later that same year while undergoing major life upheavals, she would discover the true purpose of her chosen profession: spiritual transformation to a higher self. Since that tumultuous time, transformation of the feminine archetype across varying spiritual paths has been a recurring theme in Miriam's work.
Miriam is inspired by the sights and sounds of the peoples of France and Northern Africa, her favorite travel destinations. Admirers of her work often recognize the influences of Diego Rivera and Gustav Klimt, the aesthetics of the Art Nouveau movement, and a Classical presentation. |
